Scott programmed the game for optimal uploads and better garbage collection, so now pages which were taking 30 seconds to load take mere moments!

Adam Klappers, a game designer who graduated from AIE last year, worked on getting the Citizens of Olden into better positions.

Kathy was delighted to present Frog's Princess at the Electric Dreams Conference in Adelaide

Christy has been creating pair poses for when people interact.  Frances looks strange because he has all his expressions and hair styles!

We are delighted that Edukana organised teacher Josh Velez to map Frog's Princess to the Australian curriculum for Years 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Upgrading the whole project has been a massive undertaking - approximately an hour a page and there are 918 of them!

It's worth it, though - we can change our characters' appearances now, and we have text for deaf people and narration for people with visual impairment.  And Christy's characters have such crisp edges, mmm-mmm.

However one of the last things on the list are the additional cut-outs.  Here we can see what happens when a cut-out is missing...

It is so exciting to be putting together all the ingredients to make the final pages.  Only a few more things to fix!

1. Page is zoomed out (see the castle icon cut off in the top LH corner)
2. Action text (in white) shouldn't show - this is what will be narrated to vision-impaired players

WHAT CAN'T BE FIXED
1. Emma is staring into space.  Well, we have 304 Emmas but yes, sometimes she is just staring into space.  She is one spaced-out dude.
2. Frog rotation twists him to nothing in the middle.  This is a function of how the Fungus and LeanTween plug-ins act together.

We will launch on 21st of March 2020, on the projects 2-years-and-one-month birthday.
