The King of Olden is a sophisticated ruler of a wealthy kingdom.  He needs to secure the succession of the country to keep his barons loyal.  That means he needs to make sure his son marries.

The King worries about his energetic impulsive son and relies on Iron Henry to protect him.

Soldiers of Olden

The soldiers of Olden live in a rich peaceable city.  They don't have their swords out as they mainly do crowd control in the city.

Citizens of Olden

The citizens of Olden are more richly dressed than the villagers of Kassel.  The women wear jewels and the men have jewelled belt buckles.

The citizens want peace to continue so they want their prince to marry to stop baron families being tempted to provide the next royal family.

They love the spectacle of royal events.  A matched team of eight rare white horses will make them cheer.
