Kingdom of Kassel

Frog's Princess is set in Kassel in the middle ages.  The map is not accurate and neither is the castle.  However the the river would have been redirected with canals and the castle would have been rebuilt in the second millenium.

This map shows where Prince Francis and Iron Henry were ambushed and the direction Frog had to travel to find Princess Emma at the well.

This map is closer in.  It shows the castle environs and where the important rooms are in the castle.

The Witch in the woods bewitches trees every night to more closely surround the castle and the fields.
