Sunny Ah Chee and I went as a team to the Out of the Box Lab, an initiative by the Media Resource Centre and Channel 44, one of the last three community television stations surviving in Australia.

Yes, our Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to raise $1,000 to make Frog's Princess accessible for readers with hearing impairments and visual impairments has succeeded!
So, now, with 10 days to go, we're thinking... hmm, we don't know much about colour vision deficiency, but let's find out! We should be able to make special fonts to suit readers with color deficiencies for $500 (this includes paying the quality assurers who have different color vision deficiencies). Let's have a go at raising a further $500.
Singer, songwriter and artist Rhubee Neale travelled to AVCon from Alice Springs to see her son Arthur Ah Chee's installation in the Indie Games Room. She stopped by to play Frog's Princess. Rhubee's Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/rhubee.neale.singer.painter/
We were honoured to be one of the six games selected for the Obscure Games Room at AVCon. Here are Priscilla Ah Chee and her mother Rhubee Neale playing Frog's Princess in the Obscure Games Room.
Funny story: Sebastian Demoulin took on the job of helping show Frog's Princess at AVCon on the weekend. He helped a 5-year-old who was keen to play but couldn't manage the trackpad. The boy was keen so Seb played with him for over 20 minutes, until a touchpad screen became free and he played on that until his parents finally managed to drag him away. Later I remembered I'd updated the game the night before so the little boy could have used the arrow key.
[And yes, I have permission from both parents to use the photo] Yes, we will by trying again, this time to get funding to finish the game with US and UK versions, a version for players with hearing impairment, and a version for players with vision impairment. You never know till you try!
